By creating an account or using Rahal services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Services
Rahal provides visa processing assistance, document translation, travel insurance, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between clients and relevant authorities. Approval of any visa or document is subject to the relevant authority's decision, not Rahal.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and submitting service requests. Providing false documents or information may result in immediate account suspension and legal consequences.
4. Payments
Service fees are displayed before submission. Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) or CliQ bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment for unprocessed requests.
5. Processing Times
Estimated processing times are provided as guidance only. Actual processing times depend on third-party authorities and are not guaranteed. Rahal is not liable for delays caused by government bodies, embassies, or courier services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rahal is not liable for visa rejections, delays by government authorities, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected request.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Rahal services for fraudulent purposes, to submit forged documents, or to circumvent any law. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
